Westwood Bond Project

Your vote of confidence ensures that our district can continue providing safe, modern, and future-ready learning environments for all Westwood students. This bond will fund critical upgrades across our schools — including enhancing safety and security, updating aging infrastructure, and expanding spaces to support evolving educational needs. Together, we’re investing in our children’s futures and laying the foundation for excellence in education for years to come.

 

 

The Robichaud 2023 Bond Program encompasses a comprehensive reconstruction of the athletic field and entry plaza, and the door replacement project across the District, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Key upgrades include the installation of a state-of-the-art Daktronics video scoreboard, providing an immersive experience for spectators. Additionally, new field event spaces will be introduced to accommodate a variety of athletic competitions.

The project also features a practice area within the D-zone, offering athletes a designated space for training. To enhance security and ensure a safe environment for players and spectators alike, new perimeter fencing will be installed. Other improvements include upgraded lighting for better visibility, enhanced landscaping for a modernized look, and improved accessibility to create a more inclusive and welcoming facility.

 

The Door Replacement Project aims to strengthen security across the District, focusing on the removal and replacement of key entryways at Robichaud, Thorne, Daly, and Tomlinson schools.
