The Beaumont Teen Health Center – Westwood is a school-based health center located next to Tomlinson Middle School. We provide medical and mental health services to youth ages 10 to 21 living in Wayne County.
The center is funded in part by the Oakwood Foundation, the Michigan Department of Community Health, and the Michigan Department of Education, with support from Westwood School District.

Open Monday through Friday. Please call (313) 565-2174 for office hours and appointments. The clinic is open year-round.
